Customers are able to see the last seated table no. after joining a queue at any restaurants under our list. Once the restaurant notifies customers that the table is ready, customers will receive a notification and customers can reply to the restaurant whether they still need the table.

Making future bookings easily.
We understand that people have different needs. Customers can choose sitting preferences, other special needs and add comments when making a reservation or queue booking. Journerator helps users booking process much easier and smoother.
Restaurant will be provided a unique QR code for their customers to scan and join a queue or make a future table reservation. We also provide a physical copy of QR code to each restaurant that sign up with Journerator.
Restaurants can manage both walk-in customers and customers with confirmed reservations all in one app. The system records no. of potential customers, seated customers and the no show.
To make the queuing and booking process more efficient, restaurants can Notify customers within the app when tables are ready, Check-in customers and bring them to the tables. Lastly, both restaurant and customer end can select Cancel to cancel the booking.
Instead of writing on a piece of paper or on a spreadsheet, staffs can better manage the information on a system and save time on filling all the details for each walk-in customer.
Sometimes your restaurant is fully booked, too busy or there might be an unexpected incident that the restaurant has to close the booking for the day. Instead of taking multiple steps to update the information, restaurants can use the Off button to let their customers know they are not accepting any more reservations. Also, restaurants can contact confirmed booking customers with their contact details on the booking list.
We are dedicated to help restaurants to boost up their sales so we only charge a flat rate of subscription fee.
